Shipping policy

Personalized Items:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the dispatch of personalized items, though we often ship them sooner. Once ready, orders are dispatched via courier.

UAE Delivery:

We offer delivery across the UAE through Halan Delivery Services at a fixed fee of AED 30 or via a freelance delivery agent. Delivery is typically completed within 5 to 10 days, depending on the location and availability.

Worldwide Delivery:

For international shipments, we utilize EMX (a subsidiary of Emirates Post) or DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions or weight of the package, with delivery taking approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
