Return and refund policy
Thank you for choosing 2seasons. We are committed to delivering unique, high-quality products with careful craftsmanship. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Brand Ownership
2seasons is owned and operated by PROOF EMBROIDERY AND PRINTING EMBROIDERED GARMENTS – L.L.C – S.P.C, and all transactions are supervised by this entity.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any products sold by 2seasons, including but not limited to:
- Customized items with names, initials, stamps, or illustrations.
- Products finished using heat printing or hand-drawn artwork.
- Luggage or bags made to order.
- Standard or non-personalized products.
All sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. If a product is faulty, we may offer an exchange only after proper review.
3. Printing Techniques & Color Variations
Our travel luggage is made using high-quality digital paper printing.
Handbags may be completed using either heat printing or hand-painted designs, depending on the customer’s request.
Due to the nature of these different techniques and materials, there may be color variations of up to 40% between products in the same order.
This variation is considered a normal and acceptable part of custom production and not a product defect.
4. Accuracy of Customization
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customization details (names, letters, colors, designs) when placing their order.
We cannot make corrections once the order is processed. 2seasons is not liable for errors submitted by the buyer.
5. Ownership & Payment
All goods remain the property of 2seasons until paid for in full.
6. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at:

Include a brief description and clear images of the issue.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Exchange Approval Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If approved, the replacement item will be shipped promptly.
8. Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit upon exchange approval.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the exchange will be handled through the original buyer.
9. Return Shipping for Exchanges
Returns for approved exchanges must be shipped to our facility in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Customers are responsible for:

Return shipping costs, unless the error was ours.

Packaging the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

Using a trackable shipping method or insurance for items over AED 500, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.
